Members of the team become thoroughly acquainted with the client, the product, and the product’s competitive positioning. Another pillar of customer service is availability. Simpson Healthcare is well aware that healthcare professionals rarely work according to a 9 to 5, Monday-Friday schedule. Neither do we. We work evenings. We work weekends. Except for a few brief periods around major holidays, Simpson Healthcare is in operation 7 days a week, either preparing for or implementing programs.
